Colville avenges earlier loss to Riverside
Colville and Riverside put on quite a show in the first two sets before the Indians took control in the third for a clean NEA League sweep on the night 26-24, 25-22, 25-11. It was a huge win for the Indians, who avenged an earlier season loss to the Rams and improved their league record to 5-3 on the year which is firmly in command of third place in the league standings.
The Rams pushed Colville from the get-go, taking the Indians to extra points in the first set and keeping things close in the second. It wasn’t until the third set when things came together for Colville (7-4, 5-3) to easily dispatch of the Rams (6-6, 4-5) and get the win.
