Flood advisory for south central Stevens County

The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for south central Stevens County in northeastern Washington until 4:45 p.m. This was issued because at 1:49 p.m. on Tuesday, doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms which will cause minor flooding in the area.

Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas in the sourth central areas of Stevens County near the burn scar produced by the Carpenter Road Fire in 2015.
