Snow expected Wednesday morning in NE Washington

While there has been a dusting of snow to begin the week, Wednesday morning should see more substantial snow as a Winter Weather Advisory has been put into effect by the National Weather Service. Light snow is expected to develop in the Cascade Mountains by the evening before increasing in intensity and spreading both north and east in the state. The winter weather advisory will be in effect from 4 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Total snow accumulations on Wednesday is expected to be two to three inches with local amounts being as a high as four inches.

Plan on winter driving conditions for the Wednesday morning commute. Slow down and use caution while traveling.
