TWO DAYS OF RODEO: Several events being held at the NE Washington Fairgrounds…
This coming weekend, the Pro-West Rodeo is back in town in Colville. At 7 p.m. on Friday, June 14 and Saturday June 15, you can catch all the action at the Northeast Washington Fairgrounds at 317 W Astor Ave.
The cost for daily tickets is $10 for adults, $5 for kids ages 6-12 and under 6 are free.
In addition to rodeo staples like bronc riding, calf roping, bull riding and barrel racing, there will be a mechanical bull on-site for folks to try and for kids, there will be inflatables, as well as games conducted by Jody Hoffman. The rodeo will be hosting a dance Friday night with the band Killin Time and Saturday night with Firecreek.
The rodeo parade starts at 4 p.m. on Saturday and runs down Main Street.
“There will be BBQ . ice cream and many foods in between, not to mention Ritzes coffee and the beer garden,” Fairgrounds Manager Lori Matlock said. “Bring your appetite and get ready to rodeo.”
