There are still a few days to save $5 on a ticket to Music on the Mountain, the September 10 performance by Spokane Symphony at the Chewelah Peak Learning Center.
The early-bird price of $20 for an adult ticket to the concert is good through Monday, August 22. After that tickets will be $25. The $15 ticket price for a child 12 and under will remain the same.
Tickets for the 14th annual concert are available at three outlets—Valley Drug Co. and Akers United Drug in Chewelah, and House of Music in Colville. You also may buy them online at www.chewelahartsguild.com.
Your ticket includes water, coffee or tea, and food at intermission. The concert begins at 2 p.m., with festival seating. Doors will open at 1 p.m.
The event is sponsored by the non-profit Chewelah Arts Guild. CAG will also have tickets available at MOM for its last event of the year, “Joy To The World,” a Christmas concert scheduled for December 4 at 2 p.m. That one will feature the Chewelah Brass Quintet and two Spokane groups: Broken Whistle, a Celtic quintet; and Spokane Choral Artists, a 12-voice vocal ensemble.
