The Chewelah School District is calling on all patrons to attend a meeting on April 17 at 6:30 p.m. in the Jenkins High School cafeteria. This meeting is to provide input into the district’s continued facility planning.
The Chewelah School District conducted an intense facility study and survey in 2011 with a wide range of patrons making up the facility planning task force. This task force did an extensive evaluation of all the District’s aging facilities and took into account the District’s needs with declining student enrollment.
Everyone will have an opportunity to be heard. It is time for us to continue forward with a facility plan that we can all support.
