U.S. Border officials apprehended two Canadian teenagers briefly when they accidently crossed the border between the states and Canada. Their excuse? Playing the game “Pokemon Go.”
The Flathead Beacon in Kalispel reported the crossing happened last month near Sweet Grass. The border patrol agents detained the teens – who had become so engrossed in the Pokemon Go game that they wandered into the United States – and then contacted their mother who was on the nearby Canadian side.
The teens were released to their mother.
