Stevens County Conservation District would like to thank participants and donators for their roles in the ninth annual “Big Tree Contest” and “Biggest and Best Tree Auction.” Ponderosa Pine trees, educational posters, and decorated buckets were entered in the Northeast Washington Fair. The best tree from each club was chosen and auctioned off to local businesses as a fundraiser for youth organizations. This year there were 31 trees submitted from 4-H, Boy Scouts and FFA organizations.
Congratulations to the participants of this years “Big Tree Contest.”
